Welcome to the scraps collection!

This collection is made by the owner of Eltrabs using 'scrap' pieces of fabric left over from previous jobs. This is all to help stop more being added to landfill and to reuse and recycle all that we can. ✨

With the nature of each product being lovingly hand made, variations may occur. Each is made to be unique but all made with the same care and attention to detail!

Thank you for supporting our small sewing business! Each item is lovingly handmade so every piece is unique. Because of the nature of handmade and one-of-a-kind products, we have a simple return policy.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return. The item must then be sent back within the timeframe.

If your item arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and clear photographs.

We will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original postage costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns.

All shipping of products bought from Eltrabs will be sent within a 3-5 day period after purchase. Please keep in mind, this business is all run by one person who is also still in full time employment elsewhere. Thank you for understanding.
