Collection/Shipping
If you are local or are willing to collect your finished to perfection item, this is free of charge and we will send you an updated message/email when it is ready.
​If you are in need of getting your item posted back to you, this will be a cost of £3.99 per item.
Once you have received your item back, we would love to hear back from you!

​Appointment
If you are in need of personally coming to Eltrabs for a fitting, consultation or an in person drop off, this will be the time and date you have selected in the booking process.
If you are shipping to us, the date you have selected should be when you will be posting the item to us.
Once we have received your item, we do our best to work on a first come, first serve basis and please allow a minimum of 3 weeks after we have received your item for it to be complete. This will depend on the complexity of each job and how many customers we have at once. Eltrabs currently only runs on a Friday to Sunday basis due to the owner still in full time employment.

​Book in
​Fill in the online booking form and choose your date, time and what service you need. Add as much detail as possible with photos and/or videos. A message/email should be sent after booking comfimation.
