Collection/Shipping

If you are local or are willing to collect your finished to perfection item, this is free of charge and we will send you an updated message/email when it is ready.

We are hopefully in the process of having a postage system up and running very soon! (Please keep us in mind in the mean time)

Once you have received your item back, we would love to hear back from you! All feedback helps.

Appointment

The date and time selected is for us to pick up your item(s) from next to the church on Church Street, BB4 7HL.

Once we have received your item, we do our best to work on a first come, first serve basis. Please allow a minimum of 1 month after we have received your item for it to be complete. This will depend on the complexity of each job and how many customers we have at once. Eltrabs currently only runs on a Friday to Sunday basis due to the owner still in full time employment.

Help us get booked and busy for us to make this a full time career!

Book in

Fill in the online booking form and choose your date, time and what service you need. Add as much detail as possible with photos and/or videos. Please read through the Ts&C's below before booking. A message/email should be sent after booking comfimation.

If unsure on the specific service needed, please select the most general fitting one and state in the comment section the service you need.

Ts & Cs

As a small independent business, I value positive and respectful relationships with all my customers. I kindly ask for patience, understanding and respectful communication as well as for appointment scheduling, turnaround times, and any unforeseen circumstances at all times.

I will always do my best to provide excellent service and appreciate the same in return.

Any abusive, threatening, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in services being refused or discontinued.

Please note Eltrabs is a part time, weekend based sewing business and does not operate out of a retail premises (yet). All appointments, fittings, collections and consultations are by prior arrangement only. When booking, please also state all items you wish to bring. Do not bring any extra items on the day of appointment without prior notice. All deposits paid are non-refundable.
