We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return. The item must then be sent back within the timeframe.
If your item arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and clear photographs.
We will work with you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original postage costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted items or change-of-mind returns.
