Service Description

This services is only for customers who live locally or are willing to arrange an in person collection of their finished item. This is a free of charge service. Available mid week from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday as well as Friday 4:00 - 7:00 pm and Saturday to Sunday 8:00 - 7:00 pm. This may be when customers are expected to pay any outstanding payments for services if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

By using Eltrabs, you automatic agree to the Terms and Conditions as stated at the bottom of the how it works page of our website. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are within a 48 hour window.
