Service Description
Our down coat repair service ensures your valued outerwear is restored to its original condition. Don't panic about an expensive down product being ripped or needing a new zip, book in with Eltrabs. We are trained to handle expensive repairs, preserving both quality and style for years to come! Time stated is for collection only. We try to keep our turn around in a month time frame due to still working full time. If the non correct service is booked or more complicated than anticipated when we receive the item, we will send an email or call to discuss pricing. (Both blue down coats pictured was done by the owner but while employed by another repairs company)
Cancellation Policy
As a small independent business, I value positive and respectful relationships with all my customers. I kindly ask for patience, understanding and respectful communication as well as for appointment scheduling, turnaround times, and any unforeseen circumstances at all times. I will always do my best to provide excellent service and appreciate the same in return. Any abusive, threatening, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in services being refused or discontinued. ​ Please note Eltrabs is a part time, weekend based sewing business and does not operate out of a retail premises (yet). All appointments, fittings, collections and consultations are by prior arrangement only. When booking, please also state all items you wish to bring. Do not bring any extra items on the day of appointment without prior notice. All deposits paid are non-refundable. By using any of Eltrabs services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
