Service Description
Custom made garment service offers you the chance to create unique clothing tailored to your specifications. With endless design possibilities, we bring your ideas to life, ensuring every piece fits you perfectly. Experience personalised style that reflects your individuality, crafted with care and attention to detail. Prices starting at £250 and going up depending on the required materials and time ect. A nonrefundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Time stated is for collection and a chat about what needs doing only. We try to keep our turn around in a month time frame due to still working full time. If the non correct service is booked or more complicated than anticipated when we receive the item, we will send an email or call to discuss pricing.
Cancellation Policy
As a small independent business, I value positive and respectful relationships with all my customers. I kindly ask for patience, understanding and respectful communication as well as for appointment scheduling, turnaround times, and any unforeseen circumstances at all times. I will always do my best to provide excellent service and appreciate the same in return. Any abusive, threatening, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in services being refused or discontinued. Please note Eltrabs is a part time, weekend based sewing business and does not operate out of a retail premises (yet). All appointments, fittings, collections and consultations are by prior arrangement only. When booking, please also state all items you wish to bring. Do not bring any extra items on the day of appointment without prior notice. All deposits paid are non-refundable. By using any of Eltrabs services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
