A nonrefundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Time stated is for collection and a chat about what needs doing only. We try to keep our turn around in a month time frame due to still working full time. If the non correct service is booked or more complicated than anticipated when we receive the item, we will send an email or call to discuss pricing.
